We are always seeking individuals who would like to participate in our music program. This includes cantors, choir members for weekly as well as seasonal performances, piano accompanists, instrumentalists, and organists. Musicians and choir members sing each weekend for the 4:00 p.m. Mass on Saturday and the 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. Masses on Sunday. The cantor or choir rehearse 30 minutes before their assigned mass. We are also interested in anyone who can play the piano, the organ, and any other instrument you’d like to incorporate into our music program.
Christmas and Easter Choirs
A special choir is formed each Christmas and Easter season to provide music for seasonal concerts and Christmas and Holy Week and Easter services. Rehearsals occur on weekends, eight weeks prior to Christmas and Easter.
The Council helps with parish vision and policy. Members are chosen for three year terms by a discernment process. All parishioners are welcome to attend the monthly meetings. You can see more information on the Pastoral Council page.
Collection Counter
This group is in charge of counting the Mass collections.
Finance Council
This group meets monthly to review the parish finances and to develop strategies for stewardship.
Website and Communication Committee
Volunteers are always needed to help us make sure we are communicating with our parishioners in the most effective way, whether that is through the bulletin or on our website and social media sites. Volunteers are wanted for helping with both technology and non-technology endeavors. Web site and social media operators are encouraged to join us.
